In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a previous payment of 40% of the total amount of the stay or service contracted. This payment acts as a confirmation deposit and definitively validates the reservation.
Cancellation conditions
✅ Cancellations more than 15 days in advance
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded. This amount represents 20% of the total amount of the reservation. The rest is non-refundable.
⚠️ Cancellations between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival
If the cancellation is made 14 days or less in advance, no refund will be made. The total amount paid will be retained (40% of the total reservation).
❌ No show
In case of no-show on the scheduled day of arrival and without prior notice, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
📝 Reserve modifications
Any change in the dates of the reservation will be subject to availability and could imply a variation in the price. In case of modification, the same cancellation conditions will apply on the new confirmed date.
🌪 Cancellations due to force majeure
In exceptional and duly justified situations (such as serious illness or official mobility restrictions), the management reserves the right to evaluate each case individually. If necessary, alternatives such as a change of dates or a partial refund may be proposed.
